In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within 90 days).
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of mobile wallet showing your name and number, or bank statement).

7e7799 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal, regardless of Account verification status, where fraud, money laundering, or terms abuse is suspected. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to deposit to the same Account.

7e7799 offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, free bets, cashback, and seasonal offers tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. The following general conditions apply to all 7e7799 promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonus Funds are credited separately from real-money Balance and must meet the applicable Wagering Requirement before they may be withdrawn.
• Real-money Balance is used before Bonus Funds in all wagering activity unless the promotion specifies otherwise.
• Wagering Requirements must be met within the validity period specified for the promotion. Uncompleted Bonus Funds expire at the end of the validity period and are removed from the Account without replacement.

• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction, whether directly or via a VPN, proxy, or other means of circumventing geographic restrictions.
• Sharing Account credentials with any third party or allowing any third party to access or operate your Account.

7e7799 employs fraud detection and risk management systems that monitor activity across the Platform. Detection of any prohibited conduct will be acted upon promptly and may be reported to relevant authorities where required by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 7e7799 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical interruptions, server downtime, or network failures outside 7e7799's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your failure to secure your Account credentials.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information, odds, or statistics displayed on the Platform that contain errors.
• Losses arising from delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.

7e7799's total aggregate liability to you under these Terms, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your 7e7799 Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 7e7799's liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

7e7799 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms by the Account holder.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, identity theft, or other criminal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a valid legal order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request requiring Account action.
• Prolonged Account inactivity (defined as no login or transaction for a period of 12 consecutive months).

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting 7e7799 Support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money Balance (net of any applicable bonus deductions) will be returned to your verified payment method within 5 business days, provided all KYC requirements have been met and there are no outstanding investigations.

Inactive accounts (no login for 12+ consecutive months) may be subject to an inactivity fee of ৳100 per month after the 12-month inactivity threshold. You will be notified by email before any inactivity fee is applied.

Nothing in this clause affects your rights as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence where those rights cannot be contractually excluded.

All transactions on 7e7799 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka. Where discrepancies exist between currency amounts displayed in different denominations, the Taka amount shall prevail.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
